@laiosto Thank you. Sometimes people know 10% of what they need to know about a subject and come off as experts. A lot of people just don't know much about Olympic style lifting.

@jonperiman These are clean pulls.Did them usually after every clean and jerk type exercise and never once tore a biceps, over a 10 year period.

first of all, dont even try to tell me that poles dont drink vodka like water. second, if you are implying that if i was full polish i would have class, then clearly you are not familiar with the filthy dirty scummy foul mouthed disgracful imports that are flooding into england. and thirdly, lighten the fuck up. if you are so sad that you cannot have a laugh at a harmless stereotype (yes, they do exist) then i feel sorry for you, because you are sad and will not have much of a life.
