@troyi290 Tin foil reflects rather poorly, it's conductive and hard to work with. I agree with that you're saying though

if you want to make a plant taller try raising the light higher above the plant

20 20 20 / sum more grow and fish nova 1 scoop of 3 mix in 5 gal bucket
-
light crectaly ontop of it
-
less light will stretch it out.

Main thing with a grow is light. You can have average, bargain bin nutrients, but if you find a way to deliver MAXIMUM light to the plant without overheating it, you will have a strong plant that yields LOTS.
CFL's wil get you good growth very early on, first few weeks of veg. But if that's all you have the rest of the plant's life, you can give it the most expensive nutes you can find, it will still be small and weak. Cannabis needs LOTS of light to reach its full potential.

@3100alvarez really? unlucky bro practice makes perfect but you should really buy some botany books or something...

raise the lights to make it taller and dont trim any leaves! unless there dying
tin foil is good for reflecting light but it makes hot spots and hot spots=no bueno senor i recommend a white finish it reflects all visible light but it doesn't make any hot spots like if you agree

I think that bushy is always better then a tall and lanky plant. Just wait til you flower it and it will space out alot.
