@DoctorE543 I understand how and why you are thinking that. But he is not talking about that believe it or not. This song is about the goverment. How they can do whatever they want with no punishment. Take the act that was just passed that allows the U.S Goverment to detain, assassinate, and arrest people under suspion of large crimes without a warrant. Also take SOPA under consideration. This song is talking about alot of this.
Expecially the "I can end the world in a hollocaust" part.

Ok. If you listen to the beginning, he is a kid with his friend, the song is about how he kills his friend and turns wicked. When he's saying all the "I can"'s he's bragging to his dead friend.
