Vol 3 was a big step in quality and story line. As you make it back to the beginning you'll see what I mean.

I just moved to CA from Michigan, and of course my car flunked smog...yet I see cars driving around with a cloud of smoke behind them...I understand there are still dudes who will "pass" your car for $150...but so far when I ask the guys, they look at me like I'm crazy and tell me no.
