Verse 1:
I'm walking Rasheed street Baghdad
with a couple couple bombs in my back pack
2 Ak's a blade and a nap sack
fuck around and get dropped like Nasdaq
see I run tracks like an Amtrak
and its all fantastic
until these bombs in my bag tick
and u know I gotta act slick
you would think I was black from my accent
this is suicide bomber my rendition
that dudes crazy, no he isn't
no I'm not
I've gotta kill my self because everyone's dead and I am not
Chorus:
one night in Baghdad
makes the hard man crumble
not much between despair and misery
one night in Baghdad
and the tough guys tumble
you must be careful where you lay your feet
I can feel the devil walking next to me
Verse 2:
all I see is blood
a father crying over the dead body of his son
all I see is guns
bullet holes through the windows of the church and nuns
street bums in the search of funds
damning the lord with the devils tongue
kids holding up signs saying dont wage war must wage love
all I see is tanks and helicopters
while the president still reading the teleprompter
a change has not come impostor
go speak that to the kid on the street that just lost a leg
shit the heck with it
let his blood drain into the street then maybe you can come take a step in it (step in it)
Verse3:
I had a conversation with a resident
told me he had a question for the president
how would you feel if you woke up one day
and your family's blood painted the walls at your residence?
there has gotta be an end to this
I don't expect much ima pessimist
and I don't know where the rest of you stand
I stood on those streets as a kid holding my dads hand
just because im in the D don't mean I've forgotten my land
Baghdad dangerous that I am
and will be
til they kill me
ill still bleed the blood of an Iraqi jundi
soldier 100 degrees in Baghdad and I've never felt colder
@dickknows it doesnt matter what the people are classified as or what the land is classified as, the bottom line is the dirty israelis drove people out of their homes. The palestines/jordanians/arabs were living there amongst other jews, there was no need for an official state of israel.
