This is super easy and you will have a mess of fresh lettuce, If you use leaf lettuces like I do here you can harvest the leaves as you need them so they last you longer and stay fresher. Also I neglected to show it but there are a few 1/2 inch drainage holes on each side. Lettuce loves water so be sure you keep them moist. Once the temps in your area are in the 70's and 60's during the day you can put these outside or keep them in under flourescant lights (like mine) or a sunny window.
