Are you tired of spending your time grilling steaks only to end up with tough, dried out and flavorless steaks? The problem is most BBQ pits dont produce enough heat to grill the steak quick enough to lock in its juices and flavors. They slow cook the steak and dry out the meat. The Backyard Steakhouse Grill and grilling method will give you the ability to produce tender juicy steaks using grocery store meat that will be as tender and juicy as your favorite steakhouse in your own backyard.

  • Can you cook other stuff besides steaks - if not, it does limit the grill. What about burgers, chicken and pork chops? These do able???

  • @lioneljbernard - Absolutely you can grill burgers, chicken, pork chops, as well. We demonstrate its steak grilling abilities because that is what most people want to see. We grilled some fresh cut venison back strap at a show recently and could not belive how tender the meat finished. This unit gives you the ability to adjust the flame as high or as low as you would like to grill. Higher flame settings for burgers, steaks or ribs, and lower flame settings for chicken, fish or vegetables.

  • That steak looks terrible. It would have come out better holding it near the end of a hair dryer for 8 minutes.

  • @dpla5762 Hello - The neat thing about this grill is that you can use it to grill the steaks the way you like them. Our demonstration is to show how fast you can grill to medium well. I personally like a medium rare steak. I usually turn the flame up and repeatedly char the outside of the steak flipping it every 30 seconds for only 2 minutes and then let the steak finish for 4 minutes. They are awesome, juicy, taste great and look just like a picture from a steakhouse menu.

  • Awesome grill!

  • @DonoFound Hello - Thanks for your comment. Do you have one of these grills?

  • I'll spend the xtra for a TEC infrared grill

  • I meant "The Ranch Steaks Company".

  • That is the ugliest looking steak ever. It must be from "The Ranch Company" because their steaks are the worse! Their Filet Mignon was the toughest I've ever had! Their burgers are 80% fat, 20% beef, instead of the other way around and their sirloin steaks had fat cartilage running thru the middle. Do yourself a favor and don't ever buy from The Ranch Company because they suck!

  • @mfullerton Hello - Our burner is designed to have a flame. At the setting you see in the video the burner temperature is 1400 degrees F and the grilling surface in turn is a little over 1000 deg. F. The temp / flame is adjustable by turning the regulator included the the package. You can go as low as 575 deg. F (very little flame) to as high as 1400 deg F at the grill grate surface by adjusting the Flame's height withe the regulator.

  • How about the real important info? What is the temperature? Is the temp adjustable?
