There is a single spot where it is almost inevitible you will fall over, as you can see!

Since the making of this video the council have cleared this area of the street and have prevented any further accidents.

And NO the last guy at the end wasn't blind just had a hiking stick, so don't feel too bad for laughing at him!

I know its bad to laugh at other people's misfortunes but hey we all do it were only human...

This video is not staged, the people were not actors and i did not put water on the path as this is dangerous and malicious. This was a spur of the moment video footage that is it.

I did not have a shovel at hand, nor did we have enough salt to cover the patch or every street in Norwich, and there was other people trying to help with no success...We just filmed the escapade so think before slamming us.

If there was any serious inujuries this video would've not been made, and despite the other 2 people helping we would've been the first people down there to help.
