  • Thanks for nice comments. The bodhran does fill out the sound, but my crappy camera hasn't reproduced it too well...: ) Imelda is as sweet natured as she is talented and beautiful...not really a shania twain resemblance up close but I'm sure she'll find that amusing! : )

  • Really love Imelda May and her band, I am the biggest fan!!! Such a talented bunch! I have an Imelda May Tribute Band, my friend told Imelda about it backstage at the Athlone Festival in Ireland! Think she was happy too hear it:) Love singing her stuff and the band love learning the music, its a challenge. Iv learned so much from this girl, I wish their was a way too thank her!!!

  • I don't think, I've listened to her music, until the Grammy Awards. I like her style.

Good music exposure for her to top the charts.

  • I only came across her cos I heard ' big bad handsome man' as a song to advertise 'buzzcocks', I.m a big fan now, she's fantastic, absolutely love her

  • don't forget possibly the best rockabilly guitarist alive today..darrel higham.....damnnnnnn this song rocks

  • It's spelt 'boudhran' - and I don't think it really adds anything to the song - unlike the terrific rhythm section............
