That is not how the "Succession of States" theory of International Relations is applied.
Under the "Succession of States" theory, the Chinese puppet regimes established by Japan in China have irrendentism claims to all territories of the ROC/Qing dynasty period, so Tibet would have belong to Japan anyways.

If tibet is part of china,then china belongs to japan. Considering that japan also invaded China. Chinese media are all hypocrites. Even the people repeats what they hear from the government. My grandparents left china to U.S and i think that is the smartest thing they did. I really hope my country gets it freedom from corrupt government. Democracy in China,peace prevailed.
