In May 2011 I made an You-Tube video titled STOPPING A TORNADO = AIRBORNE M.A.S.E.R + C.F.D WEATHER PATTERNS. I had documented the theroy in June 2010 and afyerwards threw it in the filing cabinet. After losing 2 friends in the Phill Cambell Ala. 2011 tornado I decided to make the you-tube video. I have sent it to the t.v. show ROCKET CITY REDNECKS as a possible show. I have different technology demo. to back it up.

A raft of the exact methods that originally fell under the umbrella of "SDI" during the Reagan years are at the core of the current ABM.

Sagan did this same speech all over the place - he did say "This just can't work" repeatedly. He didn't like -any- of the SDI approaches, he didn't want space weaponized. And yet, we currently have missiles that can be fired from ground, sea, or airborne installations that have indeed shot down ballistic missiles. Watch on YouTube even.

Part 2:

flight partly failed (by dropping the ball in the secondary set of tests, it worked better then expected in the primary set of tests). And all the rest were from conspiracy theory websites. Well there was one in a Management Web Journal/Site that said Reagan deserved an Oscar for his performance in pushing SDI/Star Wars on the Soviets (since, of course, it couldnt work it had to be Acting).

Did the Google search and found an out of date book by a biased Author (the US is not a dictatorship ergo when we set out a Policy position that we want an industry to follow we offer them enticements to follow it, like tax breaks or subsidies (aka costs sharing of a low percentage of the start up/shift to whatever) to get the results of the said Policy.

What inaccuracies? Just google:

faked SDI "Star Wars"

and it will get you rolling. Apparently you weren't old enough to bother with the nightly news when news of the scam broke.

Of course there are apologists who say Reagan faked SDI results to either a) force the Soviets to the bargaining table [which is bunk since they were the ones to start unilateral cessation of nuke testing] or b) it was an effort to get the USSR to waste military resources.

Either way the US taxpayer was cheated.
