yep I got this on vhs (generations down) but didnt 'realise' exatly what it was...then I got a 2 cd set of the same show (with Kinisons part edited out) and I read the cd was from a soundboard. Now I dug it up-on vhs-did some research, and am enjoying it ... but I wonder if I can get the credits...because Sam Kinison was not credited anywhere on IMDB for this...
