I got the KI2 for a steal at 450 like mint on Ebay, then spent another 300 putting them both together inside it. How did you go about puting it all together..I would love to do that. Will you share the knowlege about your cab..? I am putting together a Dreamcast Arcade cabinet right now. I just bought an X arcade twin stick for it.

I hope you haven't answered already, but what type of hardware are you using in the PC? Also, what size is that TV and what type of input are you using to it?

i use a x64 2.5 ghz pc with 2 gigs of ram and a 200 gig hard drive.
for the tv i use a 27'' tv and connected it with the pc using s-video
