i'm from massachusetts, gay, liberal & a democrat. when romney ran for governor i voted for him. his faith didn't enter into my decision. if it was on anyone's radar, i didn't hear it

the guy was a decent governor & far from a failure. he was competent, able & respected by most everyone here.

yet, for me, when his sect spent $40 million to defeat prop 8, i became anti mormon cause they brazenly helped to deny constitutionally guaranteed rights to people they don't like!

Warning! Mormonism is not restored Christiantity. It is opposed to Christianity. You want to know where Mormonism came from? Look up Alexander Campbell. His restoration theology predates and is identical to Mormonism. Joseph Smith stole ideas from many sources, including the Masonic rites. Mormons wear Masonic looking clothes, make oaths, use secret names and handshakes in the temples. Do not be duped. Mormons believe they will become Gods, "that was Satans mistake"
