A beautiful musical tribute to those of us who serve and have served in uniform, and to the cause we pledged ourselves to defend. This awesome piece was written and performed by Five For Fighting, one of today's best bands. This is a briliant reminder of the reason why we can never allow ourselves to fall under the deceiving spell of utopic peace...

  • This video is indeed one of the best reminders of why we must fight what is happening to our country and never surrender to the elite. To always fight and die in the name of freedom.

  • @killswitch489 What is happening to our country exactly?

  • @armyveteran101st we have been attacked in all aspects of life in this cow try and the elites wish for their world government and to destroy this great nation that was founded by brave men but what's happening is that the elites want toal control of us.

  • @killswitch489 I tend to disagree, because I don't believe in the many conspiracy theories that are so popular today, but I do agree that this great country was founded by great, brave men. I also think those great men would be appalled to see the way in which we Americans treat each other today. That is not what they fought and died for. But I remain an optimist, and if I have faith in anything at all, that would be America. Thanks for watching, chief!

  • I wonder why so many americans hate their country? im a filipino and i love americans...God Bless you guys and merry X-mas

  • @pcbb01 What do you mean by this? Which Americans "hate their country"? Please explain.

  • This is quite possibly the greatest song ever written. It brings chills to my spine just watching... We absolutely need more music like this. Thumbs up if you agree.

  • I was tough, like any lineman should be, until I saw that flag being raised over Iwo Jima...

Thank you, men of men. Women of Women. Veterans.

  • this is 4:24 minutes of pure bliss

  • lord this song is so touching it literally made me shed a tear

  • @Tobytrim

Look here you little shit it has nothing to do with killing those who do not fall under our flag, it has to do with fighting for the freedom that we as humans are born with. Americans are fighting people that do not value the lives of any who do not follow and submit to their religious law. They strip their people of the very rights that make them human, they fight for those who cannot fight for themselves and those who can fight alongside them.

  • Soldier who protect our country God Bless Them and I would like to say thank you for every thing they do. Sad song :"(

  • I love this song, and I think it's really interesting (and I could be totally off base with this, but it stood out to me) that Five for Fighting actually did write a song for a dead man (Note to the Unknown Soldier).

  • Truly touching. Thank u
