Liberated Muse at the Artomatic June 16, 2012

On Saturday, June 16 @ 2pm, Liberated Muse returned to the Artomatic. Performances by Liberated Muse members 8orMas, Nia Simmons, Kalicoh, Serena Wills, D. Marq, Porscha Coleman and Quineice delighted audiences for four hours straight! Founder Khadijah "Moon" Ali-Coleman hosted.

The second anthology in the Liberated Muse anthology series--LIBERATED MUSE VOLUME II: BETRAYAL WEARS A PRETTY FACE (Liberated Muse Publications, 2012) was sold at the Artomatic show! The book features works by: Catherine E. Bailey, Yahia Lababidi, Alan King, Kirsten West Savali, Immigrant Consciousness, Sumayyah Talibah, Holly Reynolds-Holmes, Nick Sweet, Nathan Seven Scott, Serena Wills and Khadijah Z. Ali-Coleman who also curates the book. Cover Art by acclaimed visual artist Turtel Onli.
