Conversation de femmes [Trimukhi Platform]

"Conversation de femmes" is an extract of "Un film de Vacances" ("Movie of the Vacations"), a fast done and lively documentary directed by Jean-Frédéric Chevallier and produced by Sukla Bar Chevallier - Trimukhi Platform. The shooting and editing processes took place in two days, on 2nd and 3rd March 2009 in two neighbouring villages where the work had been done: Morapai (Christian) and Hatnagar (Hindu) in South 24 Paraganas District, West Bengal.

This extract was also used in "A breaking down and a multiplication of tissue", a stage work directed by Jean-Frédéric Chevallier and Matthieu Mével at Teatro Juan Ruiz de Alarcon, Mexico city, September-October 2009 and produced by Teatro UNAM, CONACULTA and Proyecto 3.

"Conversation de femmes " est un extrait de "Un film de Vacances", un documentaire vivant fait à la va-vite. Réalisé par Jean-Frédéric Chevallier et produit par Sukla Bar Chevallier pour Trimukhi Platform, le tournage et le montage ne durèrent que deux jours. Dans la soirée du deuxième jour, une première projection était organisée pour les enfants des deux villages ayant participé au projet : l'un chrétien, Morapai et l'autre hindou, Hatnagar - au sud du Bengale Occidental, en Inde.

Cet extrait a aussi été utilisé dans "A breaking down and a multiplication of tissue" - une mise en scène de Jean-Frédéric Chevallier et Matthieu Mével, à Mexico, 2009.
