Full workout 30 Day Shred Level 2

I just took a few second clips of each of the exercises and shortened the video that way so that I could include all the exercises in Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. Enjoy!

I just finished level 1 yesterday and am starting level 2 today ... I'm so skrewed..

do you have no more trouble zones? my dvd was scratched so I just wrote down the routine but now I can't find that paper.. I would REALLY REALLY appreciate if you posted it, or wrote down the moves!!!
