How to Fix Error 16 on Sprint Evo 3D and I GOT FREE EVO 3D!

Here's how to fix error 16, dial ##786# and reset. You need to get your MSL using MSL Reader app off market.

If all else fails, take it to your local Sprint store, they exchanged a brand new one for me, no questions asked, my old one still had HTC unlocked bootloader and custom ROM.

I'm not sure that Sprint cares so much about rooting. The sales person I talked to when I bought my 3D told me that his 4G was rooted, and we talked about how to root the phones.

i had to call sprint twice cus the 1st time they didnt know how to fix it..but second time

that happen to me when I first fully root it and had to write down your user name and put it back when error 16 happens that means you have erased your sprint profile putting back ur user named should getting working

Yea I had that problem they reset something over the phone and fixed three problem
