  • For me, the Bowflex compliments what I do at the gym.

  • I bought a Bowflex Sport from my next door neighbor who picked it up for nothing since someone left it when they moved out of an apartmnent he was cleaning out.I do the majority of my working out in the gym as if I did all my stuff at home , I probably wouldn't work out as much since if I pay monthly on gym membership, I have an incentive to go, plus, there are usually some cute girls to look at while I'm working out so it gives me more incentive.

  • @Vahmrick60 Well, I don't know about the bulkiness or the assembly, but, regarding how much room they take up, isn't that what the Bowflex Xtreme is for?

Besides, if you can dedicate an entire room just to the Bowflex, and have someone else assemble it, and never dissemble it (the cost shouldn't be the issue, since the Bowflex is expensive, anyway, you already have deep pockets), then you should be in like flynn, right?

  • The bowlflex works quite well but they are bulky, heavy and require some skill in putting up and taking down which is why you see individuals selling them, especially when they have to move.

  • @dstebbin

I think it works quite well. I also work out in a gym and in the days I can't go to the gym, I use the bowflex. It's a nice alternative to weights and a good system. I wouldn't buy one new, though. If you look around you can find used ones for a fraction of the cost. Their downside, as near as I can tell, is that they're bulky, take up a lot of room, very heavy and require a good bit of skill to put together. This, I believe is why you see many idividuals selling them

  • @Vahmrick60 If you have a bowflex, tell me, since Bowlfex can't censor your opinion: Does it really work, or is just another as-seen-on-TV infomercial product?

  • To whomever is shooting these videos: Give Steve a little leeway time before he speaks in between camera angles. You got some sloppy camera move in between the dissolves. Also, I have a Bowflex Sport with leg extension machinery and could use some video advice on how to use that end of the machine.

  • Fuck Vargas!

  • your a boring idiot vargas....lmao!

  • Bowflex should be this helpful ! Mr.Vargas than you.
