A stop-motion Animation by Wolfgang & Christoph Lauenstein, set to the amazing song Intension by TOOL

This is not my video, or my song, I simply put them together and published them, video credit and rights are subject to Wolfgang & Christoph Lauenstein, respectively, and the song rights are subject to TOOL, and their publishers.
Not intended for personal profit.

Now that you read all the stupid legal stuff, watch the video!

  • I've just learned, that there are longer versions of the original clip. Whatever sync you've done to it, it worked just properly: my favorite parts are where there's sung ruled/moved by will alone -- there the box moves by itself. Dreadful coincidences all along! For the first time I've just thought, someone made the vid only for this audio. It's awsome and thrilling. More horrifying, than the original, where the box sounds like a barrel organ. However, here one cannot guess, what the hell it is

  • @Aveszedelem I'm glad you like it. Like I've said in my other replies, I thought of this song right away when I first saw the animation, and just thought they work so well together. My favorite part is the very end, as you hear those lonesome tones, and see the last character standing alone on the plane.

  • This is really great; the two really go well together.

  • @TheOtium Why thank you! I thought of TOOL right away after I first saw this video!

  • And I'm glad, you showed us the connection between the two pieces presenting us with an invaluable new piece of art. I hope, the chance to create free in this manner will be never taken away from witty people of your kind.

  • @Gondohar The whole ending after 6:45, when the music starts to fade out, some could think, that the frenzy comes to an end, when the last clutching friend appears: you could think, that the one would pardon him, but there's NO QUARTER. :)

Someone wrote me, she missed an ending. However, for me it's obvious, that the story was about how one can cut off all his friends in order to gain a possession, and when all the friends are gone, his possession turns out to be worthless and his life as jail.

  • The video is simply Marvelous
