A Mermaid Tail: The story of Eric & Melissa (original version)

A fictional story like fairy tail of how mermaid melissa and merman eric came to be:
A young couple in love, they often meet at the shore... the girl tragically dying leaving her best friend heart broken and confused on how god could have le...t this happen.. the story hints to her being seen as an angel and going to heaven as he flashes back to his memories of her making sand angels on the beach, and eric wishing she was still around. all alone he clings to her memories crying for answers, & thinks of the things they use to do together... wishing she was still alive, only to hear a voice calling him... and it draws him to a magical crystal from the sea that was burred in the sand. as he looks into it, he is in disbelief that his true love melissa is a vision inside of it, transformed into a beautiful mermaid! calling to him, he is transported into her underwater world and then back to the beach where they fell in love... and she has turned him into a merman so they can now to be together forever making new memories and adventures in the vast sea.
