Off Road Wheelchair for Pastor Kacura GodLovesKids.com

GodLovesKids.com is raising funds to purchase an off-road wheelchair for Pastor Kacura. Kacura was a sponsored child through God Loves Kids. He was brought to us by his grandmother. He was twelve years old and had never been able to attend school. His physical disability is the result of a childhood Polio infection. Because he was told repeatedly that he was useless he had attempted suicide several times. God Loves Kids accepted Kacura into our Ugandan school and orphanage. At age 12 he started school with the first graders. He quickly caught up with the other children his age then surpassed them in his studies. We provided him a special off-road wheel chair back in 1998. Now Kacura is a pastor of a healthy church in Kigali, Rwanda. His work is growing, yet he is back to crawling because his wheelchair is no longer serviceable. We need about $2,500 to get him a new off-road wheelchair.
