Begin slowing WALKING ON YOUR TOES to whatever limit is comfortable. As you gain greater strength and balance, try to elevate your heel higher from the ground. Only toe walk to whatever level is comfortable. If you have any questions, ask your doctor for proper technique for your individual level.
