Slaid Cleaves has written the music to a Woody Guthrie poem or lyrics, called "This Morning I Was Born Again." Ray Wiley Hubbard recorded it, and I love that so much. But it is inaccessible on the internet, sadly. I hope that, if Mr. Cleaves is blocking it under copyright, that this would somehow get resolved. It is a redemptive poem by Woody, and a definitive tune by Slaid, and Ray Wiley sings the hell out of it. Please let the music spread! Peace.

By the way, just from some personal experience:
If you ever find yourself having breakfast in hell, DON'T go for the eggs benedict, they are awfully undercooked and run right through you like watery Mexican salsa.

Can't wait to see Slaid tonight in the ol Bristol, Maine stomping grounds. Crossing fingers for this one.

@crusin12 Slaid Cleaves was from Maine, but now lives in Austin. Sandy Grey was Canadian.
