  • @zimnaya Yet despite this, in accounts by these revolutionaires they claim Marie Lives in versailles, surrounded by the most finest Champagne, cakes etc, Whilst she makes political decisions!

when she actually made a hamlet, wore peasant clothes and had an ordinary diet, she clearly loathed this power business that's why she never got involved in politics and attempted to simplify her heriditary superiority by getting as far away from that palace as she could and living more modestly.

  • @zimnaya Also Marie's diet consisted of Simple foods, cream usually with berries, she would also eat crosson, coffee, tea, plain chicken, her favourite.

Her diet actually corresponds to the current British Queen Elizabeth II's, who also allegedly desires a simple diet of Earl Grey, Marmalade on Toast, Marie (coincidence) biscuits.

Royalty have been portrayed as exotic and luxurious, they usually weren't! Many had very simple diets and were pretty much ordinary.

  • @zimnaya Also she used to go without things, then she would go to the gates of versailles and give the peasants cake/bread it was like a very fine bread, and she would feed them etc and give them clothes.

But of course those vulgar little liberals soon burnt as many records of the good deeds marie did as quick as possible. Queen's tend to be more loyal to their people than any democratically elected politican/revolutionary, you know?

  • @zimnaya Yes! France didn't like her as she wasn't one of them and due to the economic issues they blamed her as poor people are always stupid, they don't understand how complex society is. They presume because she lives in the big house she's the naughty one, well no! And she had a personal fortune, her mother was the equivelent of a trillionaire in those days!

  • @ForeverComplaining

How right you are. Recent examination of accounts prove that Louis XVI's rather unpleasant aunts spent more on fashion than Marie-Antoinette. She was, in every way, most wrongly framed. And in France it is still called 'la Revolution Glorieuse'. Hundreds of thousands died horrible deaths so that a few power-hungry tyrants could take the reigns. Ditto in Russia.

  • Is the blade a French made BIC ... razor on steroids ... lol ??

  • @skylarkman2000 you're an idiot to post such shit

  • Aristotwat

  • they were a pack of wolves no high lofty revolutionary principles here. revolting.

  • I think it was a senseless waist of life so many innocent people during the reign of terror many did nothing wrong it was like they feed fear and the poor people of France bought into this blood frenzy it got WAY out of hand
