Well, I should addend - I see your videos as a public service, as you post them on YouTube, and I appreciate it.
I appreciate your outlook on the situation, too.
Yet, your footage is a commodity, if commercial news outlets should want to use parts of it.
Also: I'd LOVE to hear more details about the French journalist, and what she was covering!
I think I'll check out Le Monde!

...Yes,...the helicopter rotors were blowing twigs, branches, dirt and water in all directions...Now I can draw a parallel to helicopter action in the jungles of Vietnam...

...I kinda got that vibe when I was there...For them to use my stuff they are used to release and payment issues...Had they just asked me,...I would have signed off @ no charge...A still was taken of me, in the one very wet scene,...by a French journalist...she couldn't believe I wasn't blown over...I wish I could remember who she was reporting for and the web site???...
