Your knowledge of Hebrew Numerical values is flawed. The Hebrew letter Smaech or S in English has the value of 60. So 66 in Hebrew is made up of the English equivalance of SV not SS. The Hebrew equivalance of the english letter D is Daleth not Dallas.
