Gopal (Manoj) a young man, who had a miraculous escape from a fiery car crash, falls in love with Seema (Sharmila Tagore). Problems arise when Seema's rich father, who is unhappy about the match, fixes his daughter's marriage to the villainous Kailash (Pran). Kailash, though he agrees, has his lustful sights set on Saloni (Mumtaz) a fiery village belle.

I agree with u. Ppl keep copying these actors and make a comedy out of these fine sophisticated actors. Definitely way above " Zara Zara touch me" gen. We have been enjoying these perormances for over 6 decades and these proves they have stood the test of time. Lets salute these guys.
