I agree with you on every aspect except the score. I think Jablonsky did an exceptional job except for one track: It's Our Fight, which was an obvious copy of Zack Hemsey's Mind Heist.

i liked it because micheal bay had alot of good shots in it also i grew up with transformers so thats why i also like it and he had alot of action but the beganing was stupid and boaring so i agree with you

@jigga979 ok :) although funnily enough most Transformers cartoon fans think the film is rubbish because the characters are cardboard cut-outs in the movies and they are not loyal to the original cartoon. Glad you agree with me about the beginning though :)
