You have to get special permission to get a black belt below 18, and it's rare. There's no way at 12. I know exactly one BB who got it at 17, and only because he was beating most of the governing body in competitions at the time, which made it difficult to deny him.

nobody should be doing a black belt grading at 12. good that you've dedicated to something, but dont critsise others. perhaps your school is not a great one because nobody should be bb at 12
