People accuse Europeans and North Americans of being arrogant and bigoted; but, I think these Japanese were every bit as arrogant and bigoted as their western counterparts, perhaps even more so. This narration shows the absolute distain the Japanese had for people different from themselves. This arrogant attitude would later lead to the horrific atrocities committed by the Japanese soldier in Asian during World War II.

Great Britian, Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Macedonian, etc. Look into the history of any empire and you will see and disgusting past. Chill out, America will learn. Either by words or by the sword.
