TMNT IV Turtles in Time Re-Shelled Review

Ubisoft takes a classic arcade title and revamps it with 3d graphics, online play, and for only 800 microsoft points. Yet is this tutles game worth revisiting? or are you better off playing the older versions? Ultimately the decision is up to you. Some will prefer the classics, others will like the remake. Yet both can find a place in gamers hearts.

the music not being the same is the number one reason I didnt get this game after playing the demo. sure its fun. but taking the original songs out of the game was a HUGE fucking mistake. and kills everything about this game for me.

Well its a mistake to you and others but alot of people like myself can look past it. I'm sorry but if the music is the only thing that makes a game then your playing that game for the wrong reasons imo. Not saying you can't have a preference. I know thats your choice.

my main gripe with this game is the diagonal attack that was implemented because they made it 3D besides that the game is good. i still say the SNES one was the shit.

I think your review was fair and a funny the immature factor is great I mean there video games professional reviewers have now turned into critics and look for all that is bad in video games. Personally I feel fan made reviews are better informational wise and are more truthful gamespot and IGN have just turned into Nazi lol and even give bad games passing grades I'm not naming any but *cough cough* MK vs DCU lol great review :)

3D was ok until you are crowded and you are confined to a small area and try to get a quick escape I feel 2D is better suited seeing that movement is easier because theres no defined space I feel updated sprites would have been better but thats my opinion but it was still a fun game

The game looks bad

No original music and just looking at the game its lost its personality ...

Sure it looks playable and fun.. which I guess is the main issue at hand..

but cmon dude.. looks as if they put no effort in remaking it.. they just slapped it together quickly and threw it out there
