If you have access to an old hardcover of the right size, you can remove the pages and turn it into a simple ereader case in 60-90 minutes, using some cardboard, fabric, elastic bands, thread and glue.
Great Idea! You could also use a plastic mesh instead of the shoe box cardboard. It would make it easier to sew the elastic bands on. That is if you have the plastic mesh around your house. I happen to have some because I use it to stabilize some other projects I have done in the past.
could also be great if you used a "journal book", the one with the litlle locks on it, and maybe us a book that is a little bit larger so you can cut a hole in all the pages, and place the kindle in the middle of them.
Really nice tutorial! Very creative! Thanks for uploading it n__n

I second what fserranohall said. I just priced these at Staples and they are 30 bucks.
I can do this for a buck, with Stuff from around the house and it's gonna be customized to fit my specs.
