He's reffering to the speed at which the program pans from one place to another! It's not reducing the time taken for the land to load.

u causing to much confusion little man, why dont you just take off this stupid video, go and make a new one SHOWING what you did,where you got the program from and what it does, give us demonstrations instead of this bullshit!

ik its google earth....duh...but exactly wat loads faster? the geo of the land or what because i didnt see a difference and they u went into notepad...and u were like "yeah there u have it" so u didnt really leave it out.
