Why can't they cover the blow holes with a metal/wire crate to prevent accidents? There will always be somebody who will try to do exactly the same thing as the boys in this video. I am sure it attracts massive amount of tourists, so why nobody thought of covering the area surrounded with metal crate?

David Potts, 44, of San Anselmo, California was killed on July 9, 2011 when he was knocked off his feet by a large wave and swept into the blow hole at Nakalele Point .
In 2002 Daniel Dick, an 18-year-old from California, drowned when he fell into Halona Blowhole near Sandy Beach on Oahu's East side.
