Sjef van Oekel (Dolf Brouwers, a barber from Amsterdam) was a creation of Wim T. Schippers (2nd. voice on the phone!), a Dutch abstract-art creator, TV/Radio/stageplay- writer/performer/author. The reason why Sjef always performed with a paper in his hand was becouse he sucked at remembering his lines, it was so bad, it was GREAT, a screen-play PARODY!

Not many had Donna's sense of humor, many refused to come back...
