The reason why germans were more crueler to the russians is:

Russian people do not belong to the same race, unlike americans'

Russia did not accept the geneve convention(No civilian, medic kills etc.)

Cmon dont play the good guys my friend,the russians killed like 90% of the german pows and even after the war they were killing every single ss veteran in russian hands,also what do you have to say about katyn?its a good example of the good treat the russians have for their pows,these polish men didnt even fight against the russians and were cruelly murdered only 400 out of 15 000 were chosen to not die there

This isnt a concentration camp,its a prisoners camp,concentration camps would usually have civilians from different countries or religions,etc,these were guarded by SS men,not wehrmacht soldiers,also they werent very protected from enemy attacks unlike the pow camps,also the pow camps had benefits for the prisoners and events for their men,like in this movie the gis owned theaters and stuff

@skywillfindyou lets not forget americans were the ones that freed most of the concetration camps ,this is a movie of course its gonna have americans in it,if russians made it they would have mostly russians in it.

It maybe interesting movie, but little truthless. When I saw american films obaut ww2 I see how our views different. It looks like they have no idea what the thing concentration camp really was, looks like they don't know about places where thousands of russians were cruelly killed.

And again crouds of american prisoners there instead of soviets, again they think they are main antifascist fighters...

@tantorss My family were immigrants as well and had little to do with slavery. I don't buy into the whole white guilt thing and I think black mainstream culture is really rediculous and silly, whats more is the white kids that try and act like them. However, they played a very important part in our history and factual portrayals arren't a bad thing. So long as their leaders are making money off slavery they arren't gonna let it go.
