To all the people who keep banging on about 'photo ID blah blah, not fair blah blah'....take it from someone who actually knows a fair amount of muslim people....I've never met anyone, muslim or otherwise, who refusd to show their face when required to for identification purposes. Im not saying the woman behaved appropriately, from all accounts she didn't. But banning the burqa because of this would be like banning all P platers from driving....

Your argument at 5:19 is why they need the law. There A LOT of idiots in Sydney that claim their backgrounds (don't call me bigoted I'm greek in a VERY aussie area and some greeks do the same) to get away with shit. The only reason the cop didn't get more shit offically is BECAUSE it was on camera. Also it doesn't matter what the islamic council will say because idiots being idiots think they have rights that no one else does

Also if it wasn't her who filed the complaint why didn't she just say so during the first courtcase and not just the appeal? It was her! She got on a technicality because the police at the station were trying to be a little to PC (also idiots but well meaning)
