The PowerBlock suitcase deadlift is another great strength training exercise to prepare you for the real world. It is muscle movement that we do often, lift a suitcase, breifcase, bag of groceries on one side. This is a good way to practice lifting correctly. This is a very challenging core exercise to add to your workout plan because there is only weight on one side of your body.
