lol ok so i've been stalking your loc tuts for a little while and you are ke-ke-larious!! :-) I cut my locs off a year ago, and I wish I had seen your vids then for more style inspirations. I'm getting ready to start my second set of locs which should be fun this time since I know what to expect. btw i thought you were caribbean at first but when you said you were from one of the carolinas I realized you sound like my friend who is from Moncks Corner, SC.

You're right about the pearls. That would have really set it off. I could have done a new school twist and layered a couple strands of pearls. Good eye girl, :0)

I hardly ever retwist. I'm paronoid about weakening the roots. I can't remember the last time I retwisted to be honest.
