As a woman of color with money and good credit, I might be denied access to certain communities because I am not White or cannot "pass" as White. However, anyone can move into disfranchised communities, "revitalize" and ultimately push minority groups out (the reversal of White Flight. This is happening everywhere and it is strategically planned out. It's ingrained in the history and fabric of this nation. Racism is alive and well.
