  • @chubbymedic1 well this video has three parts. The first is strength the second is more "bulking" and the third part is about defining.

  • is this really the wolverine workout? it seems abit easy but I may be wrong. Definitely going to try it.

  • What would be the day to day split for these three workouts? Monday, Wednesday, Friday with cardio on Tues, Thursday? Just curious. If he said it I missed it.
