Its an attempt by evil men to have the legal right to have access to your person. If they have the legal right to extract fluids do they then also have the legal right to put things into you without telling you?
Its basically trying to legalize rape. These people are truly sick.

Why should I be subject to this crap because the law let this ass off and let him continue to drive a truck. Same with the the 2nd amendment. Leave the good people alone. Our government at work again.

Firstly, I am sorry for your loss. I agree that this a complex issue. I do not necessarily see cops as the "bad" guys, but we have to be careful with how much power and authority we grant them. It just seems we keep smudging that line until one day it may be completely gone and we are in a total police state. No one pays attention to legislation though, so these issues become moot points.

I like the speech bubbles inserted. "I am sick and tired of the Constitution and the fourth and fifth amendments." LOL

we know this is a complete lie because after the fact testing does not prevent the drunk driving. if stopping drunk driving was the true goal, the solution is very simple. 1 offense, you lose your license forever. drunk driving will decrease in no time.
