Getting Henna Tattoos: Part 1

One of the highlights of the trip was when our new friend and auto-rickshaw driver took us to his friend's house when we asked him to take us to a henna place. At first he took us to the regular tourist henna spot, and we made a deal with that guy but had to go to the ATM first. When we found Rajan our driver again and told him the quoted price, he said he had messed up and took us to his friend's house where there was a bunch of girls that did henna in their free time. This was probably one of the first times, if not the first time they had done this for money, they quoted way less than the tourist guy, and we left them way more, about 25$ worth of rupees. Shannon was glowing after this experience, and Indian girls on the streets were giving second glances at her from then on, jealously maybe? because of the clearness on her fair skin
