Sponsor: http://NHLibertyEssay.com - Too many of us end up at the state house with no lapel stickers to show what side we're on. Everyone who can please bring "defend liberty" stickers or something and pass them out when you come to the legislature! Something that we can wear to every hearing... Hand me some next time you see me so I can do the same! Also some say it is more effective to have such a lapel pin on your back than your front...since people are more likely to see it. This video was shot 2/19/09 and first uploaded around 2/26.

  • Bear in mind that we are "selling" the idea of freedom when we lobby at the state house. As such, like with any sales job, perception matters if you want to make that sale.

    SO...

If you want to help the liberty lobby in NH, please:

    1) Dress nicely. Think "Sunday best". Men should wear a shirt & tie.

    2) Wear an NHLA lapel pin.

    Thanks

  • my experience has been when i dress up like i'm going to a job interview...in a suit...they think i am some corporate lobbyist and act aloof. They treat me better when I dress more like them...

  • Dave, I have a Denizens of Doom Motorcycle Club pin, with a picture of Geeky the Daemon, that might work.

    But let's think artistic here...

A metallic pin, with a gold-tone metal porcupine surrounded by bright Gadsden yellow. I like it!

Would non-FSP members of the Liberty Caucus wear them, since it's just a reiteration of the FSP logo?

  • How about y'all git nekkid? They would know who ya are fer sher!

  • No Labels!

  • Why don't you wear red, white, and blue L I B E R T Y headbands instead?

  • great

  • Those lapel pins are too tiny. I needed something more in-your-face. So I've painted liberty slogans all over my car and my jacket.

I probably look like a kook but whatever.

  • Good advice.
