  • We all know...this ain't news.  A company's people are its greatest assets. Their career is around the same as anybody else's in the company, and they are another way of generating ideas and finding issues within the company. Must push for an environment where being open about current issues is possible.

    I really enjoyed your video. I focus on employee engagement in manufacturing environments and I would agree 100 % with you. Most employees don't get the chance to give there input....
