I don't have the tab's but all it really is is Metallica's Battery down tuned. Machine Head said while they were making this song that they're highest tuning is C# so try it in tuning's lower then C#.

@OlathSanguine It's Metallica' song, this is good but no way near as good as the original, without Metallica, this song would not exist and the band you know as 'Machine Head' would be very different.
