GOP Talking Points exposed by one of their own.
David Frum was a speech writer for George W. Bush. The American Enterprise Institute, a conservative think tank, just fired him, because he DARED to expose Rush Limbaugh and Right Wing talk radio, as deeply damaging to the Republican Party. In the process of all of this, which is also quite revealing, he exposes Obamas healthcare legislation as idea championed by Republicans all along. The crux of it all: people who dare to speak at least some the truth, get ex-communicated. I am no fan of David Frum, mind you, but his blog post exposes both the calculated obstructionism of the GOP, as well as the pro-corporate leanings of the Obama Administration.

Grandpa was a saver and "stay at home" kind of guy. An original cowboy. Home and hearth. He was very nervous about my Dad packing up all of us and moving lock, stock and barrel to Calif from Co. Couldn't understand it, too risky, no real fall back. A few years later he followed because he wanted the family to be together. My Dad started his own business, Grandpa worked at what he knew, cattle.

Frum had a lot of courage writing that piece of truth, good for him. He sees himself as a true conservative, who believes in all the older conservative values. No war, balance the budget, stuff that made sence back before Regan went off his nut. As I remember the talk as a child, my Grandfather was a Conservative and my Dad was a progressive. Grandpa would tell my Dad to save and be prepared for the worse.

George W and Frumm are Neo-Con's, not conservatives.

Basically, the two parties are one. There is no legitimate US democracy.

TV News thrives on heated arguments without any light. Republicans get seduced much more by the anger and fake patriotism.

@MissingGWdotcom Obama wanted them to agree with what they had come up with in the very end. You can go look at old videos of Obama one video he says one thing then in the next video it was opposite. Everything was said about Bush but he didn't try to stop their voice. When they try to stop people from speaking it only makes the do it more. No one should condone violence.

@MissingGWdotcom @MissingGWdotcom One thing you are missing is Obama didn't want the republicans until he realize his own party even though they had enough to pass it in the house and senate they would not do it. Whose fault is that the democrats. If the president wanted the republicans involved, he would have done so in the beginning.

@55ella2007k It is not a super power, that is funny we spend more on just military research than the next 25 countries combined. Oh and since no other country comes close to a $13 trillion GNP our militray budget dwarfs everyone including Russia and China, but I know all that just happened despite our stupidity. america is the greatest country ever but you would hate to admit it freeing 100s of millions of people, you just cant see that gray can you?

@55ella2007k Hay you see Obama organization making videos brainwashing our kids. The videos are just about talking to your dumb parents about hope and change and how the just dont get it. Or you see you can be an intern in your high school for organizing for America but you have to read several socialist books first to get the positiion?
