I grew up in Flint, MI and it's the same for the birthplace of General Motors. You drive around town and it's block after block of run-down, empty, burnt out homes. Makes you wanna cry. All the good GM jobs are now gone and now Flint has nothing to fall back on.

@leonidas44498 race has nothing to do with it I know its a lot of blacks in Detroit but trust me its whites there also and so that you know the city does not care about the people so the good people in Detroit have to fin for themselves so its not Black, White,or a Mexican thing its I have to survive into I can get out and I have seen some parts of Livonia its not as bad as the city but it not all beautiful like you think where to you think the crackheads come from THE SUBURBS

detroit is bad guys. our business is here. its like the island on escape from LA. crazier by the day and its not just detroit - its spreading. houses are going way way cheaper than that. try $1000. the lack of home training among ppl is amazing. the lack of jobs is amazing. the divide between poor and anything else has widened excessively, and YES is amazing - BUT AT LEAST ITS NOT CINNCY check them out... the only money here is in property management and security - which is what we do...
